Dies ist das Lied, bei dem ich mich von Beate (meiner langjährigen Freundin) trennte, dies ist das Lied, bei dem ich meine nächste Freundin Britta kennenlernte, und dies ist das Lied, das das traurige Ende meiner Beziehung mit Britta fast wortwörtlich wiedergibt. Ein für mich sehr ergreifendes Lied, dessen Kernaussage meine damalige Situation voll erfasst, ein Gefühl des Verlassenseins und des Unverständnisses und ein Gefühl vergeblich investierter Gefühle, Emotionen und Zeit.
